How do I find and delete links?

I have a large Excel file with many worksheets, every time I open it I'
asked if I want to update the data from another work book.

There are some links in there somewhere responsible for this and
can't find them. Edit ... links only shows me where they are pointin
to, not where they are nor giving me an option to remove them.

anybody know how?
