How do I filter/delete emails trying to sell me drugs, etc

I get tons of unsolicited emails trying to sell me drugs, stocks, watches,
etc. I haven't been able to implement a filter to automatically delete them.
Anyone have any suggestions?

insight on how to get rid on unwanted emails.
