How do I FDISK & FORMAT a second HDD using Windows XP Pro

I want to add a second hard disk drive to my computer
running Windows XP Professional.
How do I FDISK it FORMAT it.

You don't need to use any additional software other than that included with
XP.

Here's a link to a Seagate webpage detailing how to add a secondary drive to
XP. The steps are relevant to all drives, not just Seagate manufactured
drives. Make sure relevant jumper settings are correct during installation
of the drive.

Right click on MY COMPUTER, select manage, then the disk
management.
