How do I extract email addresses from incoming emails?

I would like to be able to compile a database of email addresses extracted
from my incoming emails. Is there a way to do so in Outlook without
purchasing additional software? Can the addresses be exported to an Excel
spreadsheet?

I'm very new to Outlook, so any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi farmergirl,

you could convert the email addresses directly in Outlook into a contact
folder.

Try this Freeware tool: Public Mail 2 Contact for Outlook
http://www.publicshareware.com/outlook-public-mail-to-contact.html

If you want to check your incoming emails, if the contact still exist, you
could use this freeware tool: Public contact After Reply
http://www.publicshareware.com/outlook-public-contact-after-reply.html

Maybe you will find other 3rd party tools also on this site:
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/contacts.htm

Maybe it help.
