How do I export Outlook calendars, contacts to my Blackberry?

I am entering appointments into calendars, contact information and tasks into
Outlook. How to I synchronize this data with my Blackberry device?

Read the Blackberry manual. Outlook is a "sleeping" partner in this and has
no active role.
