How do i export excel data to outlook contacts

have no ideai how to do this ..need step by step. I have a list of names with
phone numbers and emails and would like to export them to outlook contacts

You don't export from Excel, you import from Outlook. Just open Outlook, and
try File--Import... and take the steps from there.
