How do I export a report from A 97 with subtotals/formatting in ta

I have a report with section footer information that I need to export to
Excel. When I export it, the footer information does not export.
 
I tried it but the subreport info also will not export into Excel. I put the
subreport in the section footer, which is where I need it. Any other
suggestions ????
 
Even with the subreport in the detail footer, the info from subreport will
not export.

Any other suggestions ???

How are you trying to Export to Excel? By using Analyze with Excel (using
the report on screen) or File|Export (uses the query behind the report)?

Is you just using File|Export and you have a subreport with query, as far as
I know only the main report with the query will be exported. What you will
need to do is build a query that has ALL the information you want to export
(only problem is it might not come out in the format you want)

As for Analyze with Excel, I'm not sure what's happening there. Are the
fields in the footer calculated (not part of the query)? Try Analyze with
WOrd and see what you get.
