how do i expand word document msoffice 2003

How do I make a word document bigger in msoffice 2003. Im trying to insert a
picture and make it 29cmsx19cms landscape but it will inly allow me to go up
to 27cms across?? Used to be able to do it but for some reason, even with
rulers it wont expand over 27cms??

Have you gone to "page setup" and altered the page size there. Works on
mine, perhaps there is a restriction due to your printer.
