How do I enter my address information?

I'm running Outlook 2003. In my outlook address book, I right-click my name,
select Properties, and all my personal information is displayed in 5
different tabs: General, Organization, Phone/Notes, Member of, and Email
Addresses. But, all the blocks are greyed out - unable to edit. Where do I
go to update my personal address information?

You will need to ask your network administrator about that. It's not an Outlook function.
