How do I enable macros?

When I open a macro I get an error message saying "The macros in this project
are disabled. Please refer to the online help or documentation of the host
application to determine how to enabl macros."

How can I get them enabled??

Hi Ben,

From the Excel menu choose Tools/Macro/Security and make sure the Medium
option button is selected on the Security Level tab. Restart Excel and
reopen the workbook containing macros. Excel will display a message telling
you the workbook contains macros and give you the option to enable or
disable them. If you're sure you know where they came from you can enable
them.
