How do I enable background sound?

I am using FrontPage 2002 and have used background sound on some pages, but
now that option appears in gray and is not available. How do I enable that
option again?
 
Open Front Page and go to:

Tools | Page Options | Compatibility |
Set browsers to custom | Custom | and check all the boxes
 
How do you do this in Frontpage 2003 ? Looks like my menu choices are
different. Thanks in advance for your help !
 
Tools->Page Options- Authoring Tab
Set browsers to Custom
Set Schema to Internet Explorer 5.0
Tick appropriate checkboxes.
