How do I empty list of "other user's folders" previously opened?

I have a user who accesses numerous user's inboxes & calendars. She sees a
list of 5 when she clicks on Open, Other User's Folder,and some of these in
the list are out of date (she no longer has access to these folders).

How do I remove these out of date folders from this list?
