How do I embed music in PP show & email in less than 10 MB?

I asked this question before & got the answer to R click the folder that
contain my PP show + the linked MP3 file & send to Compressed (Zip) folder &
attach this to my email.
But this do not work because some how the connection between my PP show &
the MP3 music file is gone during sending the email & the person I send it to
cannot hear the background music.
Please help me

how about the un-ziped file, when you save it to another folder, can the
linked mp3 be played. if not, there might be something wrong with the path of
the music files, you should first save all the mp3s to the folder where the
..pps will be, then re-add the mp3s from the folder.

or, you can have some 3rd party appication to reduce the file size by
converting to other forms such as .swf which will be easily attached in
email. give a try to ppt to flash studio (http://www.sameshow.com) to see if
it helps.
