how do i embed music in an email file

How do I embed a music file in a email so it plays when the recipiant opens

I have used the method below without any trouble until I installed XP SR2.
Now I get an error that says that "This Object was created in
HTMLInlineSoundCtl. This application is not available to open this object."

Any ideas what in SR2 could have caused this?

I have not been able to get the embedded sound to work yet. When I try using
web tools I get a message that the server application, source file or item
can not be found. I have no trouble sending a embedded sound in Outlook
Express - just in outlook - still looking for answers.
