How do I embed F6 drivers into XP Pro installation?

The motherboard: Intel DX38BT doesn't have an fdd controller onboard, so in
order to implement a RAID0, I must have the drivers embedded[if possible]
into the XP install cd.
Could someone point me in the right direction?
Thanks,
Chris

Get a USB or inexpensive internal floppy for the install... Easiest.

Hello Shenan and thank u...such simple wording, I tried variences in wording
but spent a while in noman's land...still, it's okay now.
I thought of that[usb fdd] and it would be the easiest, but it seems that
the [XP]compatible 'list' of usb floppies [according to one of the ms
database articles] only has 3-a mitsumi and one sony based and another, I
can't remember. so that put an end to that, well, maybe not. Would ANY usb
fdd do the trick? If so problem solved..thnx in advance: )

Just to add...as said in my first post, there is no fdd onboard, so I can't
use an internal fdd.
I found data[ms database] about the compatible usb drives, [which seems to
be written in the txtsetup.sif file[on the install cd?].
I know this fle exists in the OS, but not[?] on the cd.
Thought about trying to input 'details' of the usb fdd[after purchasing it]
to the txtsetup.sif file and then use a sliptstream to add the new .sif
file---ars3-about face, huh...usb : ) much easier!
tia again,
Chris

did this work, i have a similar problem (i have a nec usb floppy disk) but
cannot get windows xp to install on my new laptop. it seems that the drivers
are not supported and i need to embed the drivers in the installation disk.

I have tried to change the installation disk so that i can install on an
external disk drive following the method on the net. This didn't work it
complained about a missing file, will i get the same problem?
