How do I embed a PDF file within Excel

I want to hyperlink pdf files to my excel file, however, I would like to
embed the pdf files within Excel so when I send my excel file to another user
with no access to my pdf files, I wouldn't need to attach all the associated
pdf files.

In Excel 2003 you click on Insert/Object and Create from File. Double click
the document after insertion to view it. Regards, Michael
