For Word 2007 you can add the Send to Mail Recipient command to your Quick
Access Toolbar (QAT). To do so, right-click your QAT and selected "Customize
Quick Access Toolbar". In the "Commands Not in the Ribbon" category locate
"Send to Mail Recipient" and it to your QAT.
Then as JoAnn asked, what email program are you using? If your email
programs is hosted on the Internet, such as Windows Live Mail/Hotmail Yahoo,
etc, then you can't send email from Word.
