How do I Email Multiple Business Contacts By Category

In Outlook...I used the Action | New Message to Contact feature after
viewing and selecting the contacts that I wanted to send an email to...

In BCM, the command is grayed out. Why can't I use it?

If using Mail Merge is the answer...please provide a detailed step-by-step
instructions. Please note, I only want one address per email...
