I believe I am getting the duplicates because I have email settings for home
and office. My office has a diferent IPS server than the one at home. So
what I have is at home -mail.comcast.net and smpt.comcast.net; at the office
- mail.comcast.net and smpt.rcn.com. The office is set up the way so I can
receive and send on that server and, I believe as a result, is that both
accounts receive the emails, thus creating duplicates. Anyone know of a way
to straighten this out?

Thanks, i've tried a 'remover tool' with limited sucess. I much prefer to
find a way to eliminate downloading duplicate emails.
