how do I eliminate caps at the beginning of each line?

How do I eliminate capital letters at the beginning of each line in a word
document?
 
Eliminate the paragraph marks at the ends of the lines before.

In other words don't press Enter at the end of every line - just keep typing
and let Word decide when to start a new line - that's its job.
