I am trying to edit a PPT 95 organization chart, using PPT 2003. Error
states Microsoft Organization Chart is not installed
The Microsoft Organization Chart OLE server program is not installed on this
computer. To edit an organization chart object, you must have Microsoft
Organization Chart installed. To install this program, contact your system
administrator for assistance
I tried to add using the OFFICE 2003 disk but there is no such add on file.
Please help, I have allot of organized charts that I need to edit.

Check here (scroll down and check the last suggestion on the page first off ...
I think that may be the one for you):

Can't edit Org Chart, Graph, Excel (error msg: "server application, source
file, or item can't be found")

Did you ever get an answer to this problem as I am having the same issue with
Powerpoint charts.

No, but I supplied one. ;-)

Quoted back again here for your reading and clicking pleasure:

No, I was given a site to goto but it still vague on what I need to do.

On the page you were sent to, it says this:

"If you run into this error message in PowerPoint 2002 or 2003, it's because they
no longer include Org Chart, so they can't invoke Org Chart to edit org charts on
slides created in earlier versions of PowerPoint.

Microsoft has a rather confusing explanation of this here, but have a look anyhow.
The downloadable Org Chart 2 utility will probably solve the problem. The article
talks about OPX files, but when we tested it here, it enabled us to edit Org Charts
in PowerPoint 2003.

In the text above, "here" is a link to this:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;826835

As it says, the downloadable utility will probably solve your problem.

The notion is that you should follow the link, download and install the program on
the MS page and with any luck, that will be that.

Now, since I wrote the page and can easily change it, let's toss this back and
forth a bit more if need be; I'd like to know how I can make it clearer. I
suspect that could sound a little sarcastic. Trust me, it's not intended that way.

Thanks!
