How do I ecover deleted files that were emptied from the recycle b

I deleted a file accidently and then also emptied my recycle bin with the
deleted file. I need to recover this file. Thanks for any help you can
offer.

Hi Paulorett
There are some specialist softwares available that may
recover your data
but I'm afraid, if you are not on a network, you will have
to start again.....it's gone forever !!
