HOW DO I DOWNLOAD TEMPLATES FOR EXCEL?

WHEN I DOWNLOAD TEMPLATES FROM THE MICROSOFT SITE, THEY WORK FINE AT THAT
TIME. BUT WHEN I TRY TO ACCESS THEM FROM EXCEL AGAIN, I CAN'T FIND THEM.
WHERE ARE THEY BEING DOWNLOADED TOO? HOW CAN I GET THEM TO SHOW UP IN THE
PROGRAM?

You have to save them, this does not happen automatically. It caught me too,
the first time. Where'd it go?? And lose the caps. That's considered
shouting.
