How do I download certain emails?

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2003. On my send/receive settings, I have
download headers only. Is there a way that I can download full email
messages from those in my contact list?

I was thinking a rule, but I don't know how to create a custom action or
create a script.

Nope, there's no rule that can selectively download a whole item

I'm constantly having to select which messages to download since i chose to
download headers only. Is there any way i could create a macro to download
the messages from those in my contact list?
