What is the command to connect to the console of a terminal services server?

I have a server that I want to connect to in admin mode.

Server is running 2003, I assume?
create a console session with "mstsc /console"

If the server is running W2K, a connection to the console is not
possible. Use the Remote Desktop Client without the /console switch
to connect to the server.
