To be honest with you, that's how i insert most of the "oddball" characters.
I remember things like °, ¢, some of the fractions, etc but the rest I pop
up the Character map and I'm good. I don't think it's any slower for me than
Insert - Symbol - etc. It's probably faster because I've done it so often.
