How do I do an EMAIL merge Using Publisher and Access?

I would like to send a document I created in Publisher to 200 clients by
email. I would like to personalize each one using merge fields. I have
tried turning the publisher document into a picture and importing it into
Word to merge with Access and although I am given the option to email - the
picture comes out grainy and unreadable. I do not want to send the document
as an attachment - it needs to appear in full when the email is opened.

Depending on your version of Publisher, Publisher is capable of doing a mail
merge. You would then use the Access database as your merge source. In
Publisher 2003, go to Tools|Mail And Catalog Merge|Mail And Catalog Merge
Wizard. If you have more questions, the folks in the Publisher newsgroups
will probably be able to help you better.
