How do I do a mail merge to email and limit the # of characters t.

I am trying to do a mail merge using Word and Excel. When I print to email,
I get a message with 92 characters per line. This causes all kinds of
formatting problems. The maximimum number of characters per line should be
66. How do I change set it up in Word to accomplish this?

Thanks

I'm not sure that you can do it in Word, but if you can, it would be under
tools/Options/General/Email options. If there's nothing in there, try asking in
an Outlook newsgroup. Even if you don't use Outlook, the folks there generally
have a better idea of how Word does email stuff.
