Bill

I'm working in corporate environment upgrading systems to
WindowsXP Pro. The chairman and executives like to have
the company logo built into Windows Messenger (Exchange
Compatible). This has been possible with previouse
versions of Windows. However, using the same install file
for 4.7, the logo is visible in Win2K, but not in WinXP.
So, it seems that there must be some setting that is hiding
the logo. How can I make the logo visible?
Any help would be greatly appreciated,
B

Hi Bill,

Oh I see what you're referring to now, the "ad window" will only show up in Windows Messenger
if the MSN Add-in is installed:

However, as I mentioned below, you may just want to put your logo in the background (this
shows up behind the contact list) by using the lvback.gif file in the Messenger folder.
