How do I display db when only form shows at open?

When opening the database, only the form is displayed. Minimize the form and
no db info is displayed. It is linked to another db.
 
If you can't see the database window with all the objects, try pressing F11.

To fix this, go to TOOLS, STARTUP, then check the "Display Database Window"
item on the right.
