how do i display a preview of an excel file in a document folder?

Excel 2002 sp3

I want to viem a preview of all of my excel files in the document folder
before I open them. How doI do this please?
 
You have to save each of them with their picture.

Open a file
file|properties|summary tab|check save preview picture
save the workbook

open the next
....repeat as required.

I don't know a way of automating this toggle.
