How do i disable shutdown icon in start menu but not in CTRL+ALT+D

I am looking for a way to disable the Shutdown icon from the start menu, but
still allow users to shut the system down by pressing Ctrl + alt + del.

The policy setting seems to disable both.

Can anyone please help
 
Please be patient and don't multipost the same question. You can't do what you wish. Disabling shutdown on the Start Menu disables it system wide, for any certified application.
