How do I disable Show Network Warnings in Outlook?

If the Outlook icon is not in the SysTray how do I disable "Show Network
Warnings"?
 
Assuming that you are using Windows XP, make the taskbar options for the
operating system isn't configured to hide the Outlook icon. (Outside of
that, it would require editing the registry since there is no other user
interface entry point to configure it.)
