How do I disable Safe Mode in Word 2003?

I want to diable the safe mode feature in Word so that it is not used when
Word is started. Is this possible?
 
It is not possible to remove this feature - nor should it be. Do you have a
particular issue here?

I am running a rendering program that calls Word. During the rendering
process a large number of .tmp files are createdby Word. When that happens,
Word disables a macro I run that calls a custom .dll that prints the Word
file to postscript. I guess what I really need is to stop Word from disabling
the macro.
