How Do I Determine BIOS?

Short of re-booting, which I am not in a position to do, is there a way to
determine which BIOS I have on my system? I went into Windows 2000,
right-clicked on My Computer, Manage, and found my motherboard, memory, etc, but
no BIOS info.

I'd say download something like SiSoft Sandra, which is a benchmarking tool.
Although it run benchmarks, it can tell you lots of information about your
machine, one of which, *may* be the BIOS manufacturer.

Why can't you re-boot? You need to to determine BIOS.
