How Do I Delete......

Hello,

Issue: Can not delete contact folder(s)from the "Select
Names" dialog box when selecting from "Contacts. I had
created a contact folder called Malin Road in contacts and
then(imported)a number of addresses into it. I then
deleted the contact folder and then created 3 more folders
to test the importing of addresses. Now when I create an e-
mail and look at the "Show Names From" dialog box, I have
the following: malin Rd, Malin rd. and Malin Rd.
If I deleted the contact folder for each of these, how
can delete these entries in this drop down box.

Just highlight and delete the additional information when
you're in 'show names'.
