How do I delete stored proxy settings?

I am running Windows Xp behind an ISA server at work. When i am logged on
with the Local Administrator account (or any local account for that matter)
and I go to connect to the Internet, I get asked for a username and password
which I enter. I also check off 'Remember my password' so that I do not need
to enter a user name and password everytime I log in.

My questions are the following:

1. Where is this log on information information stored?
2. With the exception of changing the stored password on the domain side
(thereby forcing you to change the password for the proxy, giving you the
original prompt) where can I change the settings manually or force the screen
to pop up again after I tell it to remember my settings.

I have cleared Internet Cookies, Temp Files, History, and Auto Complete
settings with no luck.

Surely there is someone out there who understands what i am asking and can
help me out

Thanks.

If you switch "on" the authentication on the ISA server, then
everybody must authenticate. Regardless of the local internet settings.

"on" means: if you change the default rule "Internet for everyone" to
a rule that limit the access by user accounts.
