how do I delete program preference for opening file?

I was mucking around and clicked on a .vob file on a dvd and selected wordpad
to open it with... now it has relabled all such files with a wordpad symbol
and automatically goes to open it with the program. I am unable to stop it
from doing it.

that extension via
file types under
folder options in explorer.
