How do I delete MSView

I have recently discovered 600+ executable programs in a folder.I have not
downloaded these.

This folder is in Windows/System32 and called Msview.
Unfortunately I have been unable to delete this folder.I have deleted the
folder twice but when i restart windows it has appeared again.
I have downloaded 2 seperate spyware programs that claim to remove
msview.Both have failed.

Some web pages advise to delete files called msview.dll and msvprep.exe but
I have scanned my machine and cannot trace these files. Any help would be
much appreciated.
