Hi,
I have 4 different email addresses for 4 different people set up with my
outlook 2003 which all download into my 1 inbox folder. Is there a way I can
have each persons e-mail go directly into their own personal folder and if so
can you please tell me how to set that up?
Thanks in advance,
Steve

i suppose u configured internet mail... the best you could do is organize
them by rule in a folder depending on what mailbox the mail was send to

Actually, if you click tools, email accounts, and choose view/change
email accounts, you'll see a white box with all of the accounts set
up.

Highlight each account individually, and from there, you can do two
things: Create a new data outlook file. Then, associate each account
to a different data file.

This will give each user their own contacts, calendar, and inbox.

Your third option (1 being the rules and folders, 2 being listed
above) is to go into the control panel, switch to classic view, and
double click on the mail icon.

Then click on Show Profiles. You can then create a seperate profile
for each user.

IF YOU DO THIS, MAKE SURE TO DELETE THE ACCOUNTS FROM THE ORIGINAL
PROFILE.

You'll also need to make sure that you choose Prompt for a profile to
be used. This option works very similarly to Identities in Outlook
Express. Though password protection on it is fairly non-existant to my
knowledge.
