We recently updated to a mocrosoft exchange server and several of my pst
files were somehow lost. I am resigned to missing the info but now I have all
the archive folders listed on my navigation pane and no way to delete them.
Any suggestions?

If right-click>Close won't work and File>Data File Management>Remove won't
work, then a new mail profile is in order.

I just want to delete archive files because I have more recent archives. I
deleted but everytime I open Outlook it ask me to save the archive files I
have deleted. Can you help?

What is the exact text of the message and exactly when does it occur?

Hi Brian,

The message says XXX.pst could not be found. Thanks for helping
