How do I delete an email in Outlook that's to large to send?

I have an email that is stuck in the outbox of Outlook. It comes back with a
server error telling me the file is too large. I tried to delete it, but when
i click on it to delete it, it tells me that I can't because the file has
already been transmitted. I dont know how to get rid of the email now.
