how do i delete a starware toolbar

Under my adress bar and my google toolbar, which i want to keep, there are
two other toolbars that keep popping up. how do i make them stay off my

Microsoft's confusing Help system has misled you into posting this
question in a newsgroup for Microsoft Access. Please scroll down and
find a more appropriate newsgroup.

That said... you almost surely have "spyware" installed. Try
connecting to http://www.lavasoftusa.com and downloading AdAware (it's
free); it will scan your computer, rather like an antivirus program,
and remove the unwanted popups. WindowsXP Service Pack 2 helps as
well.
