how do I delete a old archive folders? (i have 2)

I am using Outlook 2003 Pro.
We upgraded our systems at work to Active Directory. Ever since we did the
upgrade to Active Directory I have had 2 Identical "old Archive folders" When
I recieve an email it goes in both. Every time I start my outlook up in the
morning it says "old archive folder was not closed properly, please wait blah
blah blah, and it then takes apx. 4-7 minutes to start up.

Please help.

Sounds like the mail profile is misconfigured. Create it anew and the
problem should vanish.

i appreciate your responce, however can you please be more clear. How do I do
what you are refering to? Please explain. I don't want to loose anything

If you''re using a PST as your delivery location, just point your new
profile at that PST.
