how do I delete a large message that has stated to send in outbox

I didn't notice the size of a file until I noticed it was still in my outbox
some time after sending. It is 129 MB and isn't going through. I can't delete
it however and get the message it has already started sending. I let it go
all night but just jammed up my outlook. Any tips on how to delete it would
be appreciated.

What the fark did you attach to your e-mail? How could you possibly not
know that you were attaching a huge file to your e-mail?

- Load Outlook.
- Put Outlook in offline mode (File -> Work Offline: enable).
- Exit Outlook.
- Load Outlook in its safe mode ("outlook.exe /safe"). This ensures no
plug-ins get loaded when Outlook is loaded. Reloading Outlook in
offline mode means it won't touch the stuck item. If Outlook ever
touches the item, you cannot delete it.
- Delete the stuck item in the Outbox folder.
- Put Outlook in online mode (File -> Work Offline: disable).
- Exit Outlook.
- Reload Outlook.
