I want to send myself reminder e:mails for next year. I have looked in
properties but cannot find an option to delay sending it.

This is a question for the newsgroup about your email program. Even if
you use Word as your email editor, Word has no control over how or
when the message is sent.

If you're using Outlook, press F1 and enter the word 'delay' in the
search box. You'll find a topic titled "Delay delivery of a message".

Julie,
This newsgroup addresses issues with MS Office Word.

If you are using Outlook, start in the message window and look for the
"Options" button.

This will open a dialog box where you can specify when to send your message.

Hi Linus,

The option to delay sending a specific message exists only if you're
using an Exchange server. Otherwise you have to use a rule. That's why
I told Julie to read the Help topic, which explains all this.
