Outlook 2003, Exchange 2003, multiple e:mail a/cs for one user..

I have a situation which I cannot work out how to resolve!

I have a user who manages 2 separate e:mail accounts.
Both these e:mail accounts are on different domains.

I have setup Exchange 2003 to pull in e:mail from domain 1
I have created a POP3 connector on Exchange 2003 to pull in e:mail
from domain 2 into the same inbox.

However, how does this user, using Outlook 2003 manage to send e:mail
from either account? Without the use of profiles...

Set up a pop account and pop the mail using outlook (instead of using a pop
connector on the server) and it will reply using the proper address but have
all of the mail in the exchange mailbox.

IMAP to the second server is also an option and allows access to all mail
folders on the server, including public folders.

Thanks Diane,

One added complication to this is my user is

a) got this issue for himself, so I can certainly setup a pop a/c on
outlook for him
b) but also has this issue for an account which he has full delegation
rights to, if I setup another pop account for this delegated account,
the mail comes into his main inbox and not into the delegated mailbox
....

Is there any way of setting up outlook so that it automatically gets
pulled into the delegated mailbox??

Thanks again

if you need the mail separate, use imap (if it's enabled on the server)
