How do I define hot keys in the Access 2007 switchboard manager?

I have created a switchboard for my database using the Switchboard Manager.
How do I define hotkeys for the different buttons using the manager? I've
tried putting ampersands into the switchboard item text, but the ampersands
appear on the switchboard instead of creating hot keys.

I don't have 2007 on this computer, but a single Ampersand works in the
Switchboard Items table in previous versions.

NightSteel,

How/Where are you placing the ampersands? In other words, &File Maintenance
= Alt+F or File &Maintenance = Alt+M However, & File Maintenance = Nothing
(there is a space between the ampersand and the F. I just tested in Access
2007 and all is well. Or are you looking for something else?
