how do I customise 'new appointments' dialogue box?

in the 'new appointments' dialogue box I'd like to change 'Subject' and
'Location' to other more appropriate words for my usage. also I'd like to
change the 'Show time as:' categories. what's more, is it possible to
increase the number of 'Labels' and possibly the number of locations stored?

any help greatly appreciated.

I'd be very surprised if what you see there can be altered.

Perhaps a custom form would work.

You'd have to create a custom form to duplicate the first page, which would
be a big task. See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/appointmentform.htm

You can't change the number of labels, the number of status options,or the
number of items on the Location MRU list.
