How do i create uneven column

And what will you do with the space at the end of the shorter column?
Whatever the answer, use two columns of equal length (which is your only
real option) and do whatever you would do with the space anyway - just
inside the column instead of outside it.

Go to Tools > Options > Compatibility, and check the box for "Don't
balance columns for Continuous section starts".

With that option chosen, you can use a column break to determine where
you want the next column to start.

You can use column breaks even when columns are balanced.
